INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cover work surface, or large piece of cardboard, with plastic wrap; secure with masking tape. Wax serrated knife with candle stub or paraffin; cut 1" from top of one 12" foam cone to make 11" cone.
2. Cut following squares, one each size, from fabric: 10"; 15"; 18"; 20".
3. Mix small amount of water with 1/2 c. white glue in bowl. Saturate fabric squares, one at a time, in glue mixture. Gently squeeze excess glue from fabric. To avoid wrinkling fabric, do not wring or twist.
4. Drape fabric over foam cone of corresponding size, shaping drapes to create active "arm" positions as shown. Let dry completely.
5. Paint foam disc black; let dry. Set aside.
6. Peel ghost fabric from plastic; trim excess to shape arms, if desired. Use transfer paper to transfer face patterns to ghosts. Use liner brush to paint facial features black.
7. Use glue gun to glue ghosts to disc as shown.
8. Cut three 10" lengths and one 6" length from orange ribbon. Tie each length into a small bow with tails; glue bows to necks as shown.
9. Cut bags as indicated. In addition, cut following: three 1" x 1-1/2" rectangles from orange paper; six 2" lengths from brown cord.
10. Use white glue to glue bag edges together. Using photo as guide, glue cord ends to inside top edges of bag for handles.
11. Use marker to print "Trick or Treat" on orange rectangles; glue to bags. Glue one bag to disc near smallest ghost. Use needle and thread to tack bag handles to arms of 9" and 11" ghosts.
12. Fill bags and arms with desired candy.
