Yarn Wreath Ornaments

Enjoy the lush look of fuzzy specialty yarn even if you don't knit or crochet!  Simply wrap plain foam wreaths with it for the ultimate in cozy décor.  It's a great way to use up leftovers.,

Materials

STYROFOAM Brand Foam
  • Wreath, 6"
Other Materials
  • Specialty yarn, your choice of color
  • Coordinating ribbons
  • Holiday picks (optional)

Tools

  • Ruler
  • Scissors
  • Craft pins
  • Low-temp glue gun and glue sticks
  • Thick, white craft glue

Instructions

  • 1. Roll yarn into ball, if needed.
  • 2. Pin free end of yarn to back of foam wreath. Wrap yarnaround wreath, passing ball through center; keep strands asclose together as possible. Continue until surface iscompletely covered; cut yarn end and pin to back of wreath.
