Moss Spheres

Mossy spheres feature touchable texture fresh color and a connection to the world outside. Place in interesting containers on the table or showcase individually on mantel or bookshelf.

Materials

STYROFOAM Brand Foam
  • Balls: 6"; two 5"
Other Materials
  • Green sheet moss, two large bags
  • Silk butterfly

Tools

  • Spray adhesive
  • Old newspaper
  • Rubber gloves
  • Low-temp glue gun and glue sticks
  • Thick, white craft glue

Instructions

  • 1. Cover work surface to avoid adhesive overspray; workoutside, if possible, or in well-ventilated area. Put ongloves, if desired.
  • 2. Spray first foam ball and back of one moss sheet withadhesive. Wrap moss around ball, holding it flat againstsurface until secure. Apply more adhesive as needed.
