STYROFOAM Brand Foam
Other Materials
- Valentine conversation heart candies
- Marshmallow hearts
- Canned white icing (whipped or light for best results)
Instructions
- 1. Use table knife to smooth generous layer of whipped, whiteicing over entire surface of foam cone, except base.
- 2. Use kitchen scissors to snip marshmallow hearts in half andpress cut-side-down into icing. Refer to photo as guide.
